Happy International Women’s Day!
The theme of this year’s event is “Invest in women: Accelerate progress.”
On that front, there is work to do. In a recent survey, only 19% of women say significant progress has been made over the past 10 years in achieving gender equality, with 32% saying no progress has been made.
As an employment lawyer, I know the importance of advocating for gender equality in the workplace. Let’s use this day to reflect on the progress we have made and recommit to creating inclusive and equitable work environments for all.
