Toronto Star: Monk Kitchen chef alleges he’s owed more than $100k in lawsuit
Chef Roberto Fracchioni sues Templar Hotel, which declared bankruptcy in May 2015 with more than $40 M in liabilities including monies owed to Fracchioni. Fracchioni’s lawyer, Tatha Swann, told the Star that his lawsuit against the hotel will be vigorously pursued.
